Help Find Elaine Park

The family and friends of Elaine Park say they will remain vigilant in the search for the missing 20-year-old woman from Glendale, California.

Elaine Park was last seen on January 28th, 2017, at the home of boyfriend Divine Compere in the 2600 block of Delphine Lane in the Coldwater Canyon area of Calabasas. Four days later, Park’s gray Honda

Civic was found parked along Pacific Coast Highway near Coral Beach in Malibu, according to the Glendale Police Department, which is currently investigating. All of her personal belongings—including her cellphone, keys, and laptop, were found inside the vehicle.

Friends and family gathered on March 21st on Mulholland Highway to search the nearby mountains. Malibu Search and Rescue and the Lost Hills Sheriff Station provided support for the volunteer search party, according to The Acorn Newspaper.

Park is Korean-American, 5-feet-6-inches tall, and 125 pounds. She has a cow skull tattoo on her upper left arm. She had on jean shorts and a jacket when last seen.

So far, the only two leads for investigators have been the vehicle found in Malibu, and surveillance footage taken the night Park disappeared. Glendale Police Sgt. Robert William stated that they were able to locate surveillance footage that captured Park leaving by herself from her boyfriend’s residence. The video, he said, shows that Park wasn’t in distress when driving away from the Compere home.

Susan Park, Elaine’s mother, is asking for the public’s help for any video that might show her daughter’s car en route from Calabasas to the Pacific Coast Highway during the time from 6 a.m. on January 28th when she disappeared to 5 a.m. on February 2nd when the vehicle was found. A reward is being offered.

Susan Park can be reached by email at spark5.sp86@gmail.com. Anyone with information should call the Glendale Police Dept. at (818) 548-4911 or (818) 548-4840.
