UPDATE on Montara Beach Mystery

Possible evidence was found on July 13th in the case of missing San Mateo County man Richard Moss, according to ABC News 7. During low tide, volunteer divers found a Hyundai wheel lodged into the craggy rocks along the waterline and a fuel tank wedged into the sand line about 300 feet north of Montara State Beach. Officials have not yet confirmed whether this wheel belonged to the Hyundai Tiburon that Moss was driving that day.

22-year-old Moss was on his way to work on May 25th. He stopped at McDonald’s, drove through Devil’s Slide tunnel, and hasn’t been seen since.
